Malcolm lives in Bayside, Melbourne, with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work and family, his interests are tennis, golf, and AFL. His beloved Western Bulldogs occupy as much of his schedule as possible (too much).
With over 25 years of institutional sales experience in financial markets, Malcolm has established himself as a credible and knowledgeable professional. His career has taken him from Australia to Hong Kong, where he has developed and maintained a range of long-standing sell-and-buy-side, fixed-income, and commodities market institutional client relationships.
Malcolm’s expertise extends to hedge fund management, organisational governance, regulatory reporting and operations, as evidenced by his roles regulated by the HK SFC and within the English Schools Foundation, where he served as a school Chairman. He offers practical corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance expertise, having served as a qualified Responsible Officer, and has a wealth of business knowledge developed in both Hong Kong and Australia.
For the past 20 years, Malcolm has been at the forefront of the financial industry, involved in the sale and structuring of innovative capital markets transactions across Asia Pacific. His clients have included sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, corporates, and family offices. Malcolm has also ventured into the emerging digital currency and asset trading area, demonstrating his adaptability and forward-thinking approach.
